This year we will only have Race day pick up.
Our tent is located just south of the bridge on Waltz Road from
7:00am - 8:15am
This is a fundraiser hosted by St. John's Lutheran School.  We are a "faith-based" school.  This means that Jesus is at the center of everything that is taught.  Not only do we learn about Jesus during daily religion time, but He is at the core of our curriculum and discipline.  Our school mission statement: "St. John's Lutheran School supports families in the development of solid Christian character and skills for lifefong excellence."  It is our hope and prayer that every child that walks through our doors will someday walk through God's heavenly door.  St. John's  offers 3 and 4 year old FULL DAY Pre-School to 8th grade.  All proceeds from the race will directly benefit St. John's Lutheran school.

Registration and Entry Fees

Early Registration received by September 25: $30 (5K/10K), $15 (1-mile) **Last day to register and guarantee a t-shirt!
Late Registration after September 26: $35 (5K/10K), $20 (1-mile) ** t-shirt while supplies last
Day of Race: $40 (5K/10K), $20 (1-mile)

Location

The race will be held in New Boston, MI during the Huron Township Applefest.  The race will begin just south of the bridge on Waltz Road.  The runners will then enter Lower Huron Metropark and continue on the beautiful and scenic paved trail along the Huron River.  The course will double back at the half way point and finish at the New Boston bridge before town.

Awards

The awards will be given out after the race at the registration tent located just south of the bridge on Waltz Road.

5K and 10K Overall 1st place Male and Female - $50 and Race Medal
All participant in the 5K and 10K will recieve a Race Medal
All kids participating in the 1-mile fun run will receive a participation medal

Packet Pick up

The 10K and 5k run event will be chip timed. You will pick up your race number, race t-shirt and timing chip the morning of the race. Please be sure to arrive with sufficient time to do this. Results will be posted shortly after all competitors finish the race.
Race Day Registration: 7:00 – 8:15 am
Race Day Packet Pick-Up: 7:00 - 8:15 am (There will be a tent located just south of the bridge on Waltz road near the starting line. This is close to parking and the finish line)
